Placed You Order? Wanna know where it is right now? Or when will it get to you? Let us tell you how you can track your Order.
In case of DTH Systems
If you have ordered a DTH system, almost minutes after placing the order you will receive a Ticket number from that particular DTH company and a call within an hour from their local installation partner. They will confirm your order and give you the details about the setup.
After you get the call the Technician will come anytime within next 1-2 hours to set everything up for you.
If you still wanna know about it and status of your DTH installation you can call the DTH customer care with your ticket nmber an get any details you might want, or call us anytime for any details.
In case of Some DTH brands you will also receive an Email or SMS with your Ticket number and name of technician assigned to you.
In case of DTH accessories
When you place an Order for a DTH accessory its delivery process is very different from that of DTH system, we send the accessory to you through a reputed courier service and for you to be able to track your order we provide a tracking number which goes live within 24 hours of sending the product.
We also like to make our customers aware of the fact that Same day delivery or Delivery within hours only applies to DTH systems and not DTH accessories.
