There might be times when you would end up receiving a product that is Damaged/ Defective or maybe you get different product than what you ordered.
There might also be times when while receiving the order you feel like it has been tamepred with.
In either case we would appreciate if you contact us before using the product or getting it installed and we will replace the product to your satisfaction.

*the return process can be restricted by the nature and category of the product
Conditions For Return:
1. OnlineDTHService Should be notified about Damaged/Defective product within 48 hours of delivery
2. Product should not be used
3. When you return the product please make sure its in its original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and invoices
4. Please make sure that while returning the products it is packaged safely in order to avoid any further damage
5. In-case of DTH connections if you are not getting stellite signals due to any reason and our technician is not able to resolve the issue, we will refund your money
Don’t like what you received? Think your package has been tampered with? Well don’t worry, we got you covered, just use that “cancel” button on our account’s order page or send us the details through our contact us form and its done.
There are some conditions though:
· You can return and get a refund on your DTH system until its not activated, as once its activated its yours and that process cannot be reverted
· If you find that due to any reasons the product cannot be used by you, for e.g no signals in your DTH due to your location etc and if our technicians find out that there’s no way to fix that, we will give a refund
· If you ordered one product and if you change your mind after placing the order you can simply call us to channge it or simply cancel it
You will get your Refund in a several ways depending on you Payment method:
1. If you paid by a card than you will get a refund through Credit back to your credit/debit card within seven working days and the same will reflect in your next statement
2. If you used net-banking to pay for your order than your money will be cedited back to your account
3. For any other mode of payment, a check will be sent. It will be in favor of the person whose name is on the invoice
4. If you placed your order using a Gift Certificate of OnlineDTHService, you would get a fresh Gift Certificate of the same value
